In order to become a Verified Business on Best of the Web, you will need to verify your business phone number and address. This will show on your Trust Badge to assure your customers you are providing up to date and accurate information.  

How to Verify Your Phone Number and Address #

Quick guide

Step 1: Log in to Your Portal #

• Portal:  https://portal.botw.org/

Step 2: Go to My Listings #

Step 3: Click Edit Next to the Business you Want to Verify #

• Click edit or the business name of the business you want to verify

Step 4: Click Trust Seal #

• In the navigational menu on the left, you will find the Trust Seal sections. This is where you will find your Trust Seals and verify your business

Step 5: Click Embed this Badge

• Under the Trust Seal, click Embed this Badge. Here you will find your verification checklist

Step 6: Verify Phone
#

• We will place a phone call to the number you listed with a code.
• Enter the code in the pop-up

Step 7: Verify Address
#

• Confirm your address and click the box to send the postcard to your place of business
• The card will arrive in 2-3 weeks with a website and a code
