How do I change the credit card on a membership?

Sign in to the Customer Portal and click on ‘Manage Existing’ in the Listings section

 

  1. Click the Membership ID# or the ‘Edit’ button of the membership you would like to change the credit card
  2. Click ‘Plan and Billing’
  3. Click the ‘Change Payment Method’ button  
  4. Select the saved card or Add a New Card

 

All future billings will be charged to this card.
