How to Change or Update Business Category #

Step-by-step guide

Step 1: Log in to Your BOTW Customer Dashboard #

• https://portal.botw.org

Step 2: Locate Your Business #

• Go to Manage my Listings
• Click on the Business Name or Edit button to open the listing
• Navigate to the Category page (Left Hand Side)
• Search for a category that best suits your business and choose it
• Remove the old category by clicking ‘Remove’
• Click Save

Step 3: Review your Profile #

• Go to https://portal.botw.org/listings/
• Click the View Button to see your business profile page
• (Changes may take up to 24 hours to be published live)

 Category will automatically update on Featured Business Award
