How can I remove a business that is closed?

To remove a business you own or manage:

  1. Sign into your Customer Portal
  2. Click the “My Listings” button
  3. Choose the business you would like to cancel/remove
  4. Go to Plan/Billing
  5. Click the Cancel This Listing button on the bottom right

To report a business as closed:

  1. Go to the Customer Service Contact Page – https://botw.org/contact-us/
  2. Fill out all required fields and in the message area, include the link on BOTW where the business is located
  3. The editors will review this information and remove the business once it is confirmed
